If you play golf, using this is the only way to play TW on the Wii. If you are looking to improve your "real" game by playing the Wii, this is for sure the only way to do so. I have played with the controller and with this and there is no comparison. Turn on the advanced swing settings inside TW and using this device will help your game. I haven't had any problems with the trigger so far. Using this device does effectively eliminate the ability for a practice swing in game. (You have to press A and B at the same time and when using this, the A button is about 2 feet away from your hands)

The handle of the SimStix is rubber and weighted, so it has the feel of a real golf club. You also have to aim and have proper swing technique to actually make shots using this club. Obviously, Wii golf is not going to be the same as being outdoors and physically playing golf, but it comes close. Using the SimStix with Tiger Woods PGA 2012 can be a fun rainy day activity for the golfer and wanna be golfer alike.

This club is way better than using the controller alone and can even help improve your swing. Some folks complained that the controller was hard to remove and it is, unless you push upward on the controller and then tilt it out the same way it was put in. Over all anyone who enjoys the Wii golf games, especially the Tiger Woods PGA series, will like using this club instead of a controller alone.
